2015 was a little bit better than 2016, but not by much.  Orland Park is still showing increases in both the amount of homes sold and the average sales prices.  If you view the chart, you'll see that this is the first time we've had 2 years in a row with all positives since 2005/2006.

Once again, for the 4th year in a row, sales of Orland Park condos and townhomes showed two increases in amount of units sold and an even higher price increase than single family homes.  In many towns attached properties don't do as well as single family homes, but I think part of the above increases reflect the fact that Orland Park has a lot of higher priced townhomes for sale, which usually fare better than condominiums.
